AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE
YEAR 1949 FOR THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Section l• That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts
for the year 1949 on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of assessed
valuation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed by
the officers of St, Joseph County and the State of Indiana, for the
object named:
