INDIANA:
Section 1. That the following money be, and the same
hereby is, transferred from account Number Q -11, Salaries, Fire
Department, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes
of the following budgetary items in the budget of the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 191+8, to -wit:
Fire Department:
Account Number Q -2221 Gas $250.00
Account Number Q -214, Telegraph and
Telephone 100.00
Section 2.
That the above sums of money are required for'the
proper operation and fuction of the aforementioned Department
of the Goverr4ent of the City of South Bend, Indiana? and an
extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the
foregoing transfers and appropriations.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the 1vIayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory re-
quirements relating to extraordinary emergency appropriations.
