AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
that:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2331 being a zoning ordinance in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real property in the City of
South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana., to -wit:
Lots Numbered 46 anf 47, Baker & McHenry 's
Addition to the City of South Bend, the same
fronting on Roberts Avenue, each Forty (40)
feet, a total of Eighty (80) feet, with a depth
of One Hundred Nineteen and five- tenths (119.5)
feet, _
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and "A"
Height and Area District, to "D" Use District and "E" Height and Area
District, and thereby conform to Lots 48, 49, 50 and 51 of Baker & McHeixr3
Addition to the City of South Bend that are zoned for "D" Use District and
"E" Height and Area District, which are contiguous to said Lots 46 and 47.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor
and legal publication.
