OF THE.CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, OF THE.FOLLOWING
AMOUNT TO THE FOLLOffING INDICATED ACCOUNT OF THE
1948 BUDGETS FIRE DEPARTMENT, 0 "724e MOTOR

ORDINARY.EMERGENCYs
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,

Section le There be and there is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the uses and purposes, of
the following 1948 budgetary account, the amount set opposite thereof&
FIRE DEPARTMENT
Q -724, Motor Equipment - - - - $ 39376*00
Section 2* The Common Council finds the existence of an extraordinary
emergency requiring the appropriation of the funds for the proper operation
and function of the aforementioned department*
Section 3* This ordinance shall be in fall force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor*
and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary
emergency appropriations*
