AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM
H- "' STREET LIGHTING FUND, TO H-261,

ING AN
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that;
1. The following monies be, and the same hereby
are, transferred from H -251A, Street Lighting Fund, to
and are appropriated for the uses and purposes of the
following budgetary item in the budget of the City of
South Bend for the year 1947, to -wit; To H -261 Garbage
Collection, $6,341.57.
2. The above funds are required for the proper
operation and function of the aforementioned department
and an emergency is delcared to exist concerning the
foregoing transfer and appropriation.
3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all
statutory requirements relating to emergency appropria-
tions.
