AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE
GENERAL STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA THE
SUM OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDHD
(S1 300.00) DOLLARS TO THE FOLLOWING
ACCUNT OF THE 1949 BUDGET: STREET
INSURANCE
BE IT ORDAINED: by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that;
Section 1. There be and there is hereby appropriated from
the General Street and Traffic Fund of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, for the uses and purposes of the following indicated
account of the 1949 budget, to -wit:
STREET DEPARTMENT
S -51 Insurance $1,300.00
Be etion 2. The Common Council finds the existence of an
extraordinary emergency requiring the appropriation of the fund
as aforesaid*
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval
by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements
relating to emergency appropriations.
