TRAFFIC FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIWTA, THE
SUM OF FOUR THOUSAND ($4,000 *00) DOLLARS TO THE FOLLOWING
ACCOUNT OF THE 1949 BUDGETS STREET DEPARTMENTs S «711#

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends Indianas

Section I* There be and there is hereby appropriated from
the General Street and Traffic Fund of the City of South Bend# Indiana,
for the uses and purposes of the following indicated account of the
1949 budgets towwits

Section 2* The Common. Council finds the existence of an
extraordinary emergency requiring the appropriation of the fund as
aforesaid*
Section 3* This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

emergency appropriations*
