AN OpIXANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BEIrMN
MICHIE -CITY PUBLICATIONS CONPANY.OF CHARLOTTESVILLE„
VIRGINIA, AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDS INDIANA, FOR THE
COMPILATION AND CODIFICATION OF THE.ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA*
WHEREAS 0 the last compilation and codification of the ordinances
Of the City of South Bend was on February 14y 1916; and
WHEREAS* since said time many new ordinances were adopted+ many
of which were amending ordinances, other repealing former ordinances
In part or is whole; and
WHBRMS there now exists a great need for a complete revisions
compilation and codification of the ordinances of the City of South
Bends
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South. Bend} Indiana>t
Section lo That a contract entered into between the City of
South Bend* Indianas by sad through its proper officials, and the
Michie City Publications Company of Charlottesville* Virginia] beret*
attached and made a part hereof* for the revision* compilation and
codification of the ordinances of the City of South Bend* Indiana* be
and the seine is hereby in all things o"ffimida ratified and approved*
Section 2* This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval
by the Mayor*
