BUDGETARY ITEMS OF THE 1949 N.TUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY" BUDGET OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND DECL °,ING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That the following items in the 1949 Municipal Civil City Budget of South Bend, Indiana, in the offices and depart- ments enumerated in this section be, and the same are hereby re- duced in the amounts indicated, to -emit: OFFICE OF CITY .ATTOR117LY: Account No. G -725, Office Equipment u 100.00 BUILDING DEPART ENT: Account No. P1 -11, Temporary Help 265.00 Section 2. That the sum of $365.00 be, and the same is here- by reappropriated from the General Fund of the P•Iunicipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following budgetary items in the amounts and in the several offices and deipa.rtments, enumerated in this Section, in the Budget for the year l9 `9, to -grit: OFI'ICE OF CITY ATTORAEY: Account No. G -367 Office Supplies ;z 100.00 BUILDING D-PARTP IT: Account No, 1%1- 21+2, Printing r 265.00 Section 3. That the sums of money, enumerated in Section 2 thereof of this Ordinance, are required for the proper and efficient operation and function of 'the aforementioned Departments of the Gov- ernment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing appropriations and transfers. Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by t're Mayor, and the fulfillment of all Statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appropriations.
