AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS. MADE AND ENTERED
INTO ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDS INDIANA,
BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
AND THE MAXIM MOTOR COMPANY, $15 967.75' MU

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1. That the following contracts, copies of which
are herewith attached and made a part hereof entered into by the
City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through Its Board of Public:
Works and Safety, be and the same are hereby in all things con -
firmed, ratified and approved:
