BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, AND CARL J. REINBE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianat
Section 1• That the following contracts, copies of which are
herewith attached and made a part hereof, entered into, on May 28, 1949,
by the City of South Bond, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works and Safety, be and the same are hereby in all things confirmed,
ratified and approved:
