AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM TBE GENERAL
STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND; OF THE CITY OF SOUTff
BEND: INDIANA., RBE SUM OF SEVENTY SEVEN
THORAND ($77 000.00). DOLLARS; TO THE FOLLOWING
ACCOUNTS OF TN 19+9 BUDGET: STREET DEPART-
MENT Sr251C REPAIRS; AND IMPROVEMENTS; T0:
STRETS:$57 600.00 ALSO TO ACCOUNT'S -711
ORDINARYS MER0 N000:00, AND DECLARING AN LXTRA
BE IT ORDAINED.: by the Common Council of the City of South
Bends Indiana, that:
Section 1. There be and there is hereby appropriated
from the General Street and Traffic Fund of the City of South
Bends Indiana: for the uses and purposes of the following
indicated accounts of the 19+9 budgets to -wit:
STREET DEPARTMENT'
S�251C Repairs and Improvement to Streets> $57:000.00
S -711 Buildings 20:000.00
Section 2, The Common Council finds= the existence of
an extraordinary emergency requiring the appropriation of the
funds as aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force antk
effect from and after its -.passage by the Common Councils its
approval by the Mayors and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements; relating to emergency appropriations,
