Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend., Indiana: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common. Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: That zoning of the following described real estate situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to ,it: Part of Lot 1025 LaSalle Park 2nd Addition, described as follows:- Beginning at the South East Corner of said tract, thence 'Nest 40 feet, thence North 120 feet, thence East 40 feet, thence South 120 feet to the place of beginning, be changed from I'B" Residence and "A11 Height and Area Districts to TIC -1t1 CommerUal and 11911 Height and Area Districts. Section 2. Gentlemen: Petition of Lamar Austin for change of zoning of a 40 x 120 ft. part of lot No 1026 in LaSalle'Park 2rid Add. from B residence district to Commercial district was given public hearing before the City Plan Commission on Jan. 8, 1953. The City Plan Commission recommends that this change be made from B residence and A height and area districts to C -1 commercial and D height and area districts.
