AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 3704
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 and in particular
"Use and Area and Height District Maps ", being a part
thereof, be and is hereby amended in respect to the
following described real estate located in the City of
South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
A tract or parcel of land commencing at the Southwest
corner of Lot Lettered "A" as Shown on the recorded
Plat of Raff's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend,
in St. Joseph County, Indiana, running thence East along
the South line of said lot 123.66feet; thence North .
parallel with the West line of said lot 90 feet; thence
West parallel with the South line of said lot 123.66 feet
to the West line of said lot; .thence. South along the West
line of said lot 90 feet to the place of beginning.
in that said described real estate shall hereinafter be
designated to be in "C" Use District and "E " Height
and Area District.
Sef.tion 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage and legal publication.

Gentlemen :-
Petition of Immanuel Methodist Church for change of
zoning of a part of Lot A in Raff's 4th Addition
from B residence and A height and area districts to
C commercial and E height and area districts was given
public hearing before the City Plan Commission at its
regular meeting on September 4, 1952.
This change is recommended as petitioned for.
