AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance of the City of South. Bead, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following described real es 4ts in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -snits Fart of Bank Out Lot Numbered Ninety -nine (98) of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, described ass Beginning at a point Forty (40) feet West of the intersection of the South line of Ford Street with the East line of said Bank Out Lot Numbered Ninety -nine (99), running thence West One Hundred Twelve (112) feet; thence South One Hundred Fifty. two and Seventy-five Hundredths (152.75) feet; thence East one Hundred Twelve (112) feet; thence North one Hundred Fifty -two and Seventy -five Hundredths (152.75) feet to the place of beginning, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, excepting therefrom the part taken for railroad purposes In Condemnation Proceedings filed in Cause No, 27884, St. Joseph Superior Court No. 1 be changed from "D" - Light Industrial District and "E" Heiht and Area District to "D" - Light Industrial Distriat and "F Height and Area District. Reinke for change of zoning of a tract of unplatted land on the south side of Ford Street east from the right of way of the G. T. W. Ry. 112 feet along Ford Street and 152 feet deep, from "E" Height and area district to "F" Height and area district has been given public hearing before the City Plan Commission at a special meeting June 12, 1952.
