An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702 commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South
Bend., Indiana.
Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common Coun-
cil of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on June 13, 1949 and com-
monly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
The property situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana and
described as
Lots Numbered 12/+1 and 1242 in Summit Place 3rd Addition
be changed from C commercial and D height and area districts to B
residence and A height and area districts
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the
Mayor and legal publication.

Gentlemen: -
Petition of Edgar Anderson and Leo Jasinski for change of
zoning of Lots No. 1241 and 1242 in Summit Place 3rd Addition
from C commercial and D height -and area districts to B resi-
dence and A height and area districts was given public hearing
before the City Plan Commission February 10 1951.
This change is recommended as petitioned for.

These lots are at the southeast corner of Ford and Liberty Streets
and adjacent to the lots changed to residential classification by
Ordinance No. 3762.
