AN ORDINANCE AMENDING.—ORDINANCE N0. 3702 OF THE
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA_.
BE IT ORDAINED BY Ti COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIAN$: THAT.
1. Ordinance No. 3702 of the Ordinances of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended to provide
the indicated zoning of the following area, to —wit:
Lots Numbered 1, 2 and 3 in Rupelts 2nd
Addition to the City* of South Bend be changed
to "CT' Commercial District and uEtt Height and
Area District from nBn Resident and "All Height
and. Area District.
2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the fulfillment of all legal reouirements applicable
to such ordinances.

Gentlemen: -
Petition of South Bend Brewing Company for change of zoning of
Lots No. 11 2 & 3 in Elias Rupel's 2nd Addition from B residence
and A height and area districts to C Commercial andE height and
area districts was given public hearing at the regular meeting of
the City Plan Commission January 49 1950.
This change is recommended as petitioned for.
