ORDINANCE NO. 3 q�
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends
Indiana, that:
Section Is Ordinance Noe 3702, being the zoning ordinance
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended
so that Lot Numbered 111 in Linden Place Addition be rezoned from
"C" Commercial to "A" Residence and "A" Height and Area District*
Section 2e That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all other legal
requirements applicable to such ordinances*

Gentlemen: -
Petition of Josephine Korpal for change of zoning of Lot Teo. 111
in Linden ?lace .Nddition from C commercial district to A residence
district was given public hearing December 7, 1950. This petition
does not ask for change in height and area district but should be
made A height and area district to correspond to the P_ residence
classification.
With this modification, the change is recommended.
This Lot is at the south east corner of Sibley ?.venue and Brookfield
zitreet.
