AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 3,702 PASSED BY
THE COMMON COUNCIL JUNR 13, 1949 AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM,vION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, IND,
SECTION 1, That Section 6 of Ordinance No, 3702
be amended by adding
(28A) Uses numbered 2 to 63 inclusive as
permitted in the C commercial district where the same do
not include one or two family units.
SECTION 2, That Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3702
be amended by adding items
(m) In the A. B and C height and area districts
the required set back from side streets on corner lots
shall not be greater than twenty five percentum of the
width of the lot.
(n) In the D, E, F and G height and area districts
no side yard will be required on the side of lot which
borders a public alley.
Section 3, This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and legal publi-
cation.�
