AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 OF THE
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA: THAT,
1. Ordinance No. 3702 of the Ordinances of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be, and the same is hereby amended to provide the indicated zoning of the
following area, to-ori.t:
The Fast One -half (1/2) of Section
Eight (8), Township Thirty —seven (37)
North, Range Two (2) East as anneyed to
the City of South Bend by Ordinance No.
3766 and as subdivided.

CITY PLAN COMMISSION
To The Common Council
City of South Bend, Indiana
Gentlemen:-
Ordinance for zoning the EZ of Section 8, T 37 N, R 2 E as annexed
to the City of•South Bend by Ordinance No. 3766 and as subdivided.
The zoning of this property to be as follows:- Area No. 1 and Area
No. 80 C -1 commercial and D height and area districts; Area No. 2
and Area No. 7, A residence and A height and area districts; Area
No. 3 and Area No. 6, B residence and Bheight and area districts;
Area No. 4 and Area No. 5, C commercial and E height and area dis-
tricts. The propesed zoning was given public hearing before the
City Plan Commission November 2, 1950 and is recommended to the
Council for their action.
This property is bounded on the south by West Sample Street, on the
east by Lombardy Drive, on the north by Linden Avenue, and on the
west by Mayflower Road.
