AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Section Z. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so
that the zoning classification of the following described real estate
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wi.tt
Lot Numbered One Hundred Forty. -nine
(149) in Sveygert's Second Addition,
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residential and "A" Height and
Area to "C" Commercial and "$" Height and Area District.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the

be referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman
Borpal seconded the motion. Motion carried*

PETITION FOR REZONING
Comes now Joseph J. Kopinski and Valeria Kopinski, husband and wife,
residents of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and petition the Honorable
Common Council of the City of South Bend to amend the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of South Bend, Number 3702, adopted June 13, 1949, by changing the
zoning of Lots Numbered One Hundred Forty —eight (148) and One Hundred Forty —
nine (149) of Swygert's Second Addition, from "B" and "A" Height and Area
Districts to "C" and "E" Height and Area Districts. The petitioners herein
are owners of said lots,
