AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO* 3702 COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends
Section 1. Ordinance Roo 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City
of South Bend, Indiana, to -wits
Lots B and C in Davis Plat to the City,
of South Bend,
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence and "A" Height and
Area District to "D" Light Industrial District and "E" Height and Area
District*
Section 20 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor
and legal publication*

We, the undersigned property owners, in the immediate vicinity of the cor-
ner of Laporte and Sancome Ave.'s, more particularly in the vicinity of 705
and 711 Laporte Ave., hereby ;atition the cityof South Bend through its hon-
orable City Plan Commission to rezone lots lettered "B" and "C" of Davila plat
from "A" residential to that of "light industrial ".
We hereby consent and agree to such rezoning.
