AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF;THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
SECTION I
BE IT ORDAINED BY COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Ordinance number 3702 being a zoning ordinance of
the City of South Bend, Indiana is amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real estate
located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
Lot Numbered 658 of the 3rd plat of
Summit Place Addition to the City of
South Bend. Further described as
the north east corner of Ford and
Meade Streets.
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence and "A"
Height and Area, to "C" Commercial and "D" Height and Area.
SECTION II
This ordinance shall be in full force and affect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval
by the Mayor and legal publication thereof.

Councilman Korpal made a motion that the petition be referred
to the City plan Commission. councilman Kemper seconded the
motion. Motion carried*

The undersigned respectfully asks and requests that your
Hdnorable Body amend Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 by changing the zoning
classification of Lot No. 658 as shown on the recorded Third Plat of
Summit Place Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the
same hereby is changed from B Residence and A Height and Area Districts
to C Commercial and D Height and Area Districts.
