AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends Indiana,
that
Section to Ordinance Noo 3702, being the zoning ordinance in
the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended so
that Lots 50 6s, 7 and 8 in Rockstroh Bros• Addition to the City of
South Bend be rezoned from "C" height and area district to "E" height
and area district*
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval
by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all other legal requirements
applicable to such ordinances.

Gentlemen:-
Petition of Roy F. Denniston, et. al. for change of zoning of Lots 5,
6, 7 and 8 in Rockstroh Bros. Addition from C height and are district
to E height and area district was given public hearing by the City
Plan Commission on November Z. 1950. This change is recommended as
petitioned for.
These lots are on the east side of North Michigan Street from Dinan
Court to next alley north.

property herein described, respectfully petition your honorable body
to amend Ordinance No. 3702, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
