AN ORDINANCE AIVENDING ORDINANCE NO. 37025
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONIiVG ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that;
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby
amended so that Lots Thirty (30), Thirty -one (31) and Thirty -two
(32) in Pleasant Home Addition to the City of South Bend be re-
zoned from "B" residential and "A" Height and Area to "C"
commercial and "D" Height and Area.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all other legal
requirements applicable to such ordinances.

Gentlemen : -
Petition of Louis Fischer for change of zoning on Lots No. 30 and
31 and 32 in Pleasant Home Addition from B residence and A height
and Area districts to C commercial and D height and area districts
was given public hearing before the City Plan Commission on Septem-
ber 7, 1950, and this change is recommended as petitioned for.
These lots form the west half of the block between Lawndale Avenue
and Sancome Avenue on the North side of LaPorte Avenue.
