AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3702 COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section le Ordinance No, 3702,, being a zoning ordinance in the
City of South Bendy Indiana, bes and the same hereby ins amended so that
the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to-wits
Lots 260 27 and 28 of Bartlett''s First Addition
to the City of South Bend,
be, and the some is hereby changed from "B" residential and "C" height
and area district to "C »1" Commercial and "E" height and area districto

Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana
We the undersigned, owners of property located in the Six and Seven
Hundred Block of North Main Street South Bend, Indiana.
Hereby petition for a change of zoning of North Main Street from
Bartlett Street, South to the First Alley, known as the Seven Hundred
Block. Vie are asking for this change for the East Side of the Street
ONLY.
This property is now B Residence District, we the owners wish this
changed to C- /Commercial District and E Height and Area District. C'
