AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.
3702,-ADOPTED JUNE 13, 1942, AND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, COI:!It,?ON COUNCIL OF TIE: CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, I- NIDIAAiA; THAT,
1. Ordinance No. 3702 of the Ordinances of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended to
provide the indicated zoning of the following area, to -wit:
Lot numbered 150 in Homeland Second Addition
to the City of South Bend Indiana, be changed
to "B "` residential and 111.3.. Height and Area
district from "E " Heavy Industiii`l * and " "F"
Heiht and Area District::: "
2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the fulfillment of all legal requirements
applica;.le to such ordinances.

Gentlemen: -
Petition of Louis Molnar, et.al. for change of zoning of Lot 150
has been given public hearing by City Plan Commission. Their
recommendation to the Council is that the change be made on Lot
No. 150 alone changing from E heavy industrial and F height and
area district to B residen (te and A height and area district.
The present c.idssification was incorrectly stated in the petition.
This lot is on the west side of Olive Street between Ewing and
Calvert Street.
