ORDINANCE NO. 3819
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3702 COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana;
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that
the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit;
Lots No. 9, 10 and 11 in Rockstroh Brothers Addition to the
City of South Bend are hereby changed from "C" height and
area district to "E" height and area district, and Lot No. 12
in Rockstroh Brothers Addition is hereby changed from "B"
residence district and "C" height and area district to "C"
commercial and "E" height and area district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and
legal publication.

We, the undersigned, being the owners of the real estate in South Bend
known as Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Rockstroh Bros. Addition to the City of
South Bend, Indiana, do respectfully petition the Common Council to change
the zoning of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 from C Height and Area to E Height and
Area, and Lot 12 from B Residential to C Commercial.
