3:55pm Bill 56 -14 - Alley Vacation -First E/W alley south of Colfax Ave from
Lafayette to the first N/S alley
Chairperson Henry Davis Jr. opened the meeting
Tim Baker from the Holladay Corp. made the presentation. The vacation is wanted to
consolidate the property. It is basically a paper alley. All 4 parcels are owned by the
petitioner.
Dr. David Varner — How will it be divided? Tim Baker — Holladay owns all the lots.
Kathy Cekanski - Farrand mentioned that the Board of Public Works brought up that it
needs a cross access agreement. Tim Baker showed the map that shows Holladay
owns all the properties. He agreed to amend the ordinance by having a cross access
agreement.
Bill 56 -14 goes to the full council with a favorable recommendation as amended
Henry adjourned the meeting.
