The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Wednesday, November 3, 2014 at 8:10
a.m. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste. 1308, County City Building, 227
West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in 1. C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)(A).
Board President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and
Daniel Jones were present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee and the Board's
Legal Counsel, Tasha Outlaw. Attorneys John Kautzman and Elizabeth Bemis, on behalf of Officer
David Gnoth, and City Attorney Cory Hamel joined the meeting at 9:00 a.m. Board members did not
discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. The
meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m.

The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3,
2014 with Board President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther
Taylor, and Daniel Jones present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee, City
Attorney Cory Hamel, Board's Legal Counsel, Tasha Outlaw, and Attorneys Elizabeth Bemis and
John Kautzman. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste. 1308, County City
Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
CONTINUE HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES — DAVID GNOTH
This was the date set for the Hearing of the Charges against Patrolman David Gnoth, The Hearing of
Charges was continued indefinitely.
