Agenda: Bill 63 -14 Additional 2014 Appropriations
Bill 65 -14 2014 Budget Transfers
In Committee Chair Valerie Schey's absence Vice -Chair David Varner called the meeting to order.
Dr. Varner indicated there were to bills up for consideration both of which were routine housekeeping
year end appropriations and transfers. No new money not already approved for the 2014 budget were
to be considered.
For both bills Dr. Varner called upon City Controller John Murphy to explain the moves to square
accounts.
Jon Murphy briefly explained the required year end bookkeeping procedure before asking if there were
any questions.
Only brief discussion followed before Dr. Varner noted without a quorum of the committee no
recommendation to full Council would follow.
Dr. Varner adjourned the meeting at 3:36 p.m.
