BILL NO.08-96 -SPECIAL EXCEPTION - OLIVER PLOW CT.
This bill was presented for consideration by Mike Danch of Danch, Harner & Associates on behalf
of the City of south Bend.
The special exception would allow the petitioner to increase the amount of area that can be used
for outside storage. The city maintains approval of the special exception will fit in with the existing
industrial uses in Oliver Plow Industrial Park.
Mark Lyons reported a favorable ruling by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Chairperson Kirsits without a quorum reported there would be no recommendation to Council.
There being no further business to come before the committee, Chairperson Kirsits, adjourned
the meeting at 3:45 p.m.
