1 SUBJECT: Lease Termination 121 S. Michigan St./ SBPD Lease Termination
On October 20, 2014 the Department of Community Investment received a lease termination requested
1 from Metronet located at 121 S. Michigan St. Metronet has outgrown the space and will be looking to
expand its footprint in another downtown location. DCI will work with Bradley Company and DTSB to
market and lease the space to a new tenant.
