The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Executive Session on Monday, October 6, 2014 at 8:10
a.m. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste. 1308, County City Building, 227
West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in LC. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)(A).
Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and Daniel Jones were present. Board
President Laura Vasquez was absent. Also present were Legal Counsel Roland Chamblee, and
Attorney Cory Hamel. Board members did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject
matter as specified in the Public Notice. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 a.m.

The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 8:34 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2014 with
Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and Daniel Jones present. Board
President Laura Vasquez was absent. Also present were Legal Counsel Roland Chamblee, Attorney
Cory Hamel, and Attorney Doug Grimes. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste,
1308, County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana
POLICE DEPARTMENT
HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES — JOHN HALL
This was the date set for the Hearing of the charges against Detective Sergeant John Hall. A Court
Reporter was present from Midwest Reporting to record the Hearing.
