AN ORDINANCE ANNEXIM TO AND MAKING A PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA., CERTAIN REAL ESTATE IN SECTION (8), TOWNSHIP (37)
NORTH, RAN &E (2) EAST, IN ST. JOSEPH COIINfY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA; THAT,
1. The following described real estate_be annexed to
and made a part of said city consisting of, to -wit:
All that land located in the East One -half (1/2)
of Section numbered Eight (8), in Township numbered
Thirty -seven (37) North, Range : numbered Two (2) Est,
containing Three Hundred Twenty (320) acres more or
less, in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
