BE IT ORDAINED by'the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section L. That the following contract, copy of
pihich is on file in the office of the South Bend Water
Works Department, entered into, on April 17, 1950, by
the I -later Works Department of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, by and through its Water Works Board of.
Commissioners, be and the same is hereby in all things
confirmed, ratified and approved.
