AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TIC SUM OF
$498.50 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEAD, INDIANA, TO
ACCOUNT NO. V -251 REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana;
Section 1. That the sum of X498.50 be, and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of Civil City of South Bend, Indiana,
to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following
budgetary item in the budget of the Electrical Department of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 19505 to -:fit:
Account No. V -251 Repairs to Buildings and Structures 498.50
Section 2. That the sum of money, enumerated in Section 1 of this
Ordinance is required for the proper and efficient operation and func.-
tion of the aforementioned department of the Government of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary emergency is declared to
exist foncerning the foregoing appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the
Mayor, and the fulfillment of all Statutory requirements relating to
extraordinary emergency appropriations.
