AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS MADE AND ENTERED
INTO ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY,
AND MAXIM MOTOR COMPANY, $17,997.73; ENGLEWOOD
ELECTRICAL SUPPLY COMPANY, $91,579.60; REID- HOLCOMB

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana;
Section 1. That the following contracts, copies of which
are on-file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety,

hereby in all things confirmed, ratified and approved;
