AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS MADE AND
ENTERED INTO ON BEHALF OF ^1HE WATER WORKS
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS
COMMISSIONERS, AND THE BURROUGHS ADDING
MACHINE COMPANY, $$'4,888.80.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1. That the following contracts, copies of
which are on file in the Office of the South Bend Water Works
Department, and made a part hereof, entered into by the South
Bend City Water Works, through its Board of Water Works Commis-
sioners, be and the same are hereby in all things confirmed,
ratified and approved:
