ORDINANCE NO. j 91
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE OFFICIAL BONDS OF
OLLIE FRIES, AS TREASURER FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, AND AS BARRETT LAMP FUND CUSTODIAN,
BY THE TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY OF HARTFORD,
CONNECTICUT, AS SURETY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, thatt
Section 1, The Official Bonds of 011ie Fries, as Treasurer
for the City of South Bend, Indiana, in the sum of $100,000,00„ and
as Barrett Law Fund Custodian, in the sum of $75,000.00, both with
the Travelers Indemnity Company of Hartford, Connecticut,, as
suretyy be and the same are hereby confirmed and approved*
Section 2* This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage*
