AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING TWO AGREEMENTS
ENTERED INTO ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBERS 1950} BY THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD
OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOTS
NUMBERED 118 AND 119 IN NORTHWEST SECOND ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE SUM OF $50-000,004
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1• That the agreements made and entered into on
the 26th day of October, 1950, by the City of South Bend, Indiana,
by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, and Arthur
P. Holton, Walter H. Holton, Isabel Holton, Harry H. Ansley and
Eva Florence Ansley, and Frederick Gs Medd and Pearls E. Medd,
for the purchase by the Cit of South Bend, Indiana, for the sum
of Five Thousand ($5,000oO07 Dollars of the following described
real estate situate in St. Joseph County,, Indiana:
Lots Numbered One Hundred Eighteen
(118) and One Hundred Nineteen (119)
in Northwest Second Addition to the
City of South Bend, Indiana,
be, and the same hereby are in all things confirmed, ratified and
approved*
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from afid after its passage and approval by the Mayors
