AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT DATED APRIL 162
1951, BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY
AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY,
AND REITH «RILEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY•
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends
Indiana:
Section 1• That the following oonttaety copy of which is
on file in the oo ce of the Boards and made a part hereof, entered
into on the 16th day of Aprils 19512 by and between the City of
South Bends Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works and
Safetys be and the same is hereby in all things confirmedp ratified
and approved:
