Section 1, That a contract copy of which is
hereto attached and made a part hereof, entered into on
the 2nd day of April, 1951; by and betwoen the City of
South Bends Indianal by and through its 3oard of Public
Works and Safety, and the Dependable Disposal Company, Inc,,
be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed, ratified
and approved.
Section 2, This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
and its approval by the hayor,
