AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT DATED APRIL
25 1951, BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY,
AND SCHERMAN.SCHAUS- FREEMAN,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section is That the following contract, copy of which is on file
in the Office of the Board, and made a part hereof, entered into on the
2nd.day of April, 1951s, by and between the City of South Bend, Indippsaj*
by And through its Board of Public Works and Safety, be and the same is
hereby in all things confirmed, ratified and approved*
