BE IT ORDAINED by the Corr;:on Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. That the following contract, copy of
which is on file in the office of the Board, and made a
part hereof, entered into on the 2nd day of April, 1951,
by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and
through its Board of Public t;orks and Safety, be and the
same is hereby in all things con-firmed, ratified and approved:
