AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY
OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 19521, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
that:
Section 10 The annual salaries for the following City officials
and employees of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby
are, fixed, to be effective as of January 1, 1952, as follows, to"wit:
Mayor # 10,000.00
City Controller 60000,00
City Civil Engineer 5,000,00
City Attorney 5,000.00
City Clerk 4,500,00
City Judge 4,500.00
Members of the Common Council, Each 1,OOOg00
County Treasurer Ex Officio
City Treasurer 1,500.00
County Auditor for services to Civil
City 300000
Section 2• All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

the Mayor•
