ORDINANCE fiMMIM ORDINANCE NO. 2336 OF
THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, .AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF NAME
OF A FART OF 24TH STREET IN SAID CITY.
Be it ordained by the COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, THAT:
1. Ordinance No. 2336 of the Ordinances of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended to provide
that the name of that portion of 24th Street lying between Jefferson
Boulevard on the south and McKinley Avenue on the north be changed
to '"Tuxedo Drive n'
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect'._
from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval
by the Mayor.
