AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT MADE
AND ENTERED INTO ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH
THE BO.BII,-, OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, AND
THE ENGLEWOOD ELECTRICAL SUPPLY COMPANY,
INC., $7031.28
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bendy
Indiana;
Section 1. That the following contract, copy of which
is on file in the office of the Board, and made a part hereof#
entered into on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and
through the Board of Public Works and Safety, and the Englewood
Electrical Supply Company, Inc., be and the same is hereby in
all things confirmed, ratified and approved;
