BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, AND SHEEHAN TIRE SERVICES

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indisnas

file in the office of the Board, and made a part hereof* entered into on
the 17th day of Septembers 1951* by and between the City of South Bend,
