AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 109 OF ORDINANCE
N0.3208, AS AMEITDED, BEING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
MUNICIPAL PLUMBING CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,Indiana:
SECTION 1. That Section 109 of Ordinance UTO.3208, as amended,
being the municipal plumbing code of the City of South Bend,lndiam,
which section reads as follows:
Section 109:
('Separate water closets shall be provided for
male and female persons in all places within
the City of South Bend wherein food and drink,
or either or both, are served to the public
generally.11
be amended to read as follows:
Section 109:
"In all places of employment where more than six
men and women are employed, separate and sufficient
toilet facilities shall be provided for males and
females.n
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption by the Common Council,and its approval by the
Mayor.
